Juterman Rhineland-Palatinate Wonderful plate! However this is not from South Sinai, but from Asyut (أسيوط) I had to learn Arabic alphabet too. However, some letters are hard to be pronounced for me.
They are. The alphabet in itself isn't that hard in my opinion, but there are surely some unusual sounds, like ق or ع. When I started I also had some struggles to distinguish between the normal and the emphatic letters, like س opposed to ص.

Yes, you are right. For me, it's hard to pronounce Qaf (ق), `Ayn (ع) and four emphatic consonants: Sad (ص), Dad (ض), To (ط) and Zo (ظ). Uvular (gargling) Kha (خ) is simple (it sounds like Spanish J), as well as Ghayn (غ), its voiced counterpart. Pharyngeal Ha (ح) require some efforts. ه (He) sounds like Ukrainian Г, so it's simple for me.
