Very Rare to see Euro plates in Canada. The number bar on the right hand side had a sticker place over it denoting "BZH". This refers to the brittany region of France. I therefore assigned the departement 35 (Ille-et-Vilaine) being the most populous departement in the Brittany region.

Note the parking ticket lol

Amazing spot, I always love seeing Euro plates shot in North America! You can always upload French plates without any department code if one is not present or visible, since it is not of big significance (you can pick what code you want on your plate, no matter where in France you live).

Thanks for the information, it is much appreciated. Most Euro plates in North America are either on campers or off-road type adventure vehicles, so it was surprising to see French plates on such a mundane vehicle.
