    Also, Manta is one of my favorite models produced by Opel, especially that my father owned a red Manta in the 90s.

    Unfortunately the car it was scrapped around '96-'97, because had a lot of seriously problems, my father's car was rejected at the inspection and obviously for a new registration in flag plates.  :(

    That's very cool he owned one! I remember when I was about 8 or 9 years old one of the parents of a child in my school had a white Manta which was probably the same age as me, but I was very jealous about this car! My mother had a 10 year old Nissan Micra Mk 1  :D

    That's sad about your father's car. I always hate to hear these stories... Of course if it is not safe and there is too much work then it must be scrapped, but it is still sad there is one less on the road  :(
