The Sandero was released in France in the end of June 2008. The last brand new cars licensed in the FNI system were so on the 10th of april 2009. The newest models I remember being these ones :
Honda Insight (19th of march 2009)
Hyundaï I20 (02nd of april 2009)
Mercedes E-Klasse W212 (23rd of march 2009)
Opel Insignia Sports Tourer (26th of march 2009)
Peugeot 3008 I (01st of april 2009)

Wow, I really appreciate that I am not the only one who's interested in searching "The most modern car" but with FNI registration
For now, I got:
Chevrolet Aveo T250 - 776 AYB 51
Citroen Berlingo II - 835 AYN 51
Hyundai I10 - 4505 VN 03
Mercedes Benz Sprinter II -1924 VP 03
One more Berlingo II, but I don't remember the plates
Also I saw Citroen C5 II gen with FNI registration, but sadly didn't capture it
And I'd love to see any Accords Mk8 with FNI plates. That's a big dream for me. And maybe Megane mk3, if that's possible

Here are the data for these two models:
August 2018: 152 Accord VIII including 33 Tourers
March 2021: 111 including 23 Tourers
August 2018: around 6000 C5 II
March 2021: around 4660 including 780 Tourers
The C5 II was released in april 2008 in France, june of 2008 perhaps for the Accord.
