I mainly saw the original SIV plates of France. But it depends on if they go-by me or not.

I mean, Transit plate of France is uncommon to see around my area. I usually saw the standard France plates around. For Transit plates, I saw either Germans, or Lithuanians. even Polish test/transit plates too.   !;)

I understand now. That will probably be because French transit plates work differently. I believe in France when exporting a car it's not required to return the license plates before doing so. So most cars get exported with the regular "SIV" plates.
