Moreover, it's a rare plate from early series issued with three digits maximum (from May 1965, when code 95 was introduced, to April 1971). Two-literal serial combos changed rapidly. This plate was issued in 1970.
Issues of plates with four digits started from QA in April 1971, ended in July 1989, when two-literal combos were almost exhausted (not all ZZ plates were attributed, but issues of three-literal plates started).
