Are you talking about FNI plates or SIV plates? Because FNI plates are already difficult to find in France so finding one in Portugal is very good!

Ah yes, I mean FNI! Both 95 FNI I found were in Portugal, I'm assuming from older Portuguese immigrants in France, elderly people like to bring their old cars back
