You could say them you collect historic heritage. It's interesting to see rare three-literal FNI plates issued in Loiret for a short-term period before attribution of FNI plates was stopped.
As far as I know, Loiret exhausted two-literal FNI series (completely issued ZZ plates, up to 9999) and switched to three-literal ones in September 2009, during transitional period after starting SIV registrations. It happened less than a month before 13th of October, a famous date in the history of French license plates.

And ? French population doesn’t care about that
You can have problems here for taking random cars

Maintenant j'ai appris sur la plupart des situations à m'en foutre des regards des gens ! Le seul cas ou j'ai encore du mal c'est de spot directement une voiture qui arrive en face

Ouais, il faut que je m'améliore sur ce point, des fois ça me fait de fait et je fais des photos pourries voire pas du tout de photo et je regrette après...
