What an outstanding find ! This car was mentioned a month ago on the FDPI website after @Max63_le_Retour asked for info about the Scenic licensed 36 YY 63 which lasted in FNI only a couple years at most.
The thing is that with 2 letters palindromes, the series 'QQ' (often not skipped), 'SS' (banned combination), 'TT' (transitional), 'UU' (banned letter) and 'WW' (dealer plates) were either vastly skipped or meant for other usage as mentioned above.
For exemple with Puy-de-Dôme only 3 of these plates were released since the 80's in the normal series :
36 RR 63 (1980)
36 SS 63 (1986)
36 VV 63 (1996)
36 XX 63 (2005)
36 YY 63 (2009)
