I read an article about this behaviour recently. The seller advertised (in the December of 2014) this 2013 VW Jetta with about 45.000 km in the clock, only few scars, original condition:
Even the experts at a VW service said that the car is good to buy.

Hmm... I think that Poland is not a final destination for this wrecked car, but probably, Marijampolė. In further, this car will appear somewhere in the CIS, with back-scrolled odometer...
