Homer returned back from holidays. He finishes works on Ukrainian section.
Works on remaining sections will be finished between December and April. However, not all functional features in Russian and Ukrainian sections are restored. To restore them in all sections, we should wait probably one year.
Homer's plans for a far future are not predictable for me. They are depended from current circumstances.
Probably, not all functional features will be restored during current technical works, but restoring will be delayed for a later time. So, works on Montenegrin gallery can be started in period from January to April.

When will you review the system of photos of the day? The Austrian gallery is the worst, it feels like the photos are chosen completely random

We have plans to create system for following (subscription on photos) by different criteria (user, brand and/or model of vehicle, country section, region).
Currrent system of photos of the day needs modification anyway, especially for the Russian section.

Our plan for new country sections has no changes: sequence of countries is the same.
We just have a very long delay because of current technical works on re-design and merging of existing galleries.
Chinese section will be probably created in period from July to December.

It's very interesting photo of old TLC with 1977 plate. The last plate in Isère issued with letter U, was 771 YU 38. It was issued in the 7th of February, 1990.
