They are starting to become popular nowadays, reason being the shortage in used cars over the past few years that increased availability of imported cars coming from the rest of the EU. However, these are usually smaller cars such as Clio's

Station wagon taxis are also starting to become popular nowadays in Greece. In Athens & Thessaloniki most taxis are now Octavia Combi, instead of Octavia Sedan

Not to mention quite a few Mercedes Benz E Class and Toyota Corolla wagons too, just on the website alone there's quite a few of these taxis spotted
