If you mean for the whole prefecture of Kavala, to be honest I haven't seen another such code there for cars except KB obviously (AB is for motorcycles as exception although), but if you mean for the previous serie in Kavala I think it was KBX or something like that.

Yeah, for some reason it is quite common in the less populated cities and areas to skip certain letters, unlike what happens in the bigger cities. Kozani for example skipped even more combinations and went straight to MN
