All the other Twizys in the gallery and in general, the high speed versions, should get motorcycle plate and be registered as a "Passenger Tricycle". The low speed get Traffic Police moped plates (not yet available on the site).
This is the same case for all the quadricycles, that are either limited to 45 kph and a AM license (low speed) or about 90 kph and a B (car) license. I don't know what happened here and this is registered as a passenger vehicle (full car). Maybe something went wrong with the paperwork, as all Twizys are import, and the customs office

Maybe because it was registered as a passenger car in the country of origin and there was a mixup
