This is actually a crazy Greek license plate; Four 1s consecutively following two Is. Only two other registration numbers in Greece bear the same pattern, namely YII 1111 and NII 1111. At some point next year, MII 1111 will normally appear too. As @EviaForever said, III 1111 will certainly be one-of-a-kind, but it's unlikely that we will see this combination.
