Just a small detail, words aren't abbreviated with a dash but with a slash.
It's ΘΕΣΠ/ΤΙΑ and not ΘΕΣΠ-ΤΙΑ. ΑΙΤ/ΝΙΑ instead of ΑΙΤ-ΝΙΑ and so on

I found an official Greek document. All abbreviated names have a dash instead of slash:
Maybe, dash was replaced by slash later?

One small detail I forgot mentioning! For scooter plates, it can also have only 2 letters in the top row, now only 3 is possible for uploading. Ok, upload form updated -you can upload mopeds with less then 4 digits and 4 digits Agricultural vehicles
Greece is such a difficult country, with all these different formats haha.

Similarly, I've also found plates from administrative staff (ΞΑ) with 4 numbers
