Yes! Belarus tractors were popular, thought to be very tough and hard working.
Greece "belongs" to the west but due many historic and political reasons we got a lot of soviet vehicles, too. Lada, of course, Belarus tractors, and even Ziu trolleys

When I was in Greece, I only saw cornfields in large numbers on the islands.
