Yes, the picture was taken in Zagreb.
In Croatia nowadays only the cities of Zagreb and Osijek have trams.
In the past, there were also trams in Dubrovnik, Rijeka, Pula and Opatija. But those tramway systems ended operation a long time ago and were replaced with buses.

Yes, the picture was taken in Zagreb.
In Croatia nowadays only the cities of Zagreb and Osijek have trams.
