This car is probably made to look like a regular family car not to draw attention. However, it is used for speed traps. I saw it parked on the side of a road the next day with a speed camera on the front seat and no one else inside

Thank you for the information. This is a good system, though sadly, that wouldn't be possible in Slovakia because most of unmarked police cars have old plates with district codes, so it varies everywhere. I don't even remember license plates of my local cars
