I hate to break this to you but I'm reporting this to a Transmover but leaving this here to avoid crumbing up the info in the report file because well; this isn't a Avanza but a Transmover by those basic smaller mirrors and what appears to be a branding on its hood, along with the livery, which something has indeed to do with the Transmover, more on that later.

AFAIK, Avanzas never came with those smaller basic mirrors, those would've been reserved to the lower trims of the Daihatsu Xenia (its sibling) but for the Toyota version, those mirrors are only available to the fleet-only Transmover but in the standard base versions. There was the limited Spec Up edition but those would have upgraded mirrors with turn signals so this is definitely the standard base version.

Speaking of Transmover, while majority of Transmovers I can find were taxicabs (although these may be retired as private civilian cars after a five-year of service), this one prove it's not always reserved to taxis, considering it's a general fleet-only model for any usages, because the livery I've pointed out earlier, it's actually the livery for Toyota Home Service (THS) by Auto2000, it is a mobile service van which Toyota owners can call this service if they decided to have Toyota service their cars in any locations outside of dealerships. Currently, Auto2000 uses these Transmovers in their THS fleet.

Auto2000 used to deploy the sensible Avanza for their THS fleet (in case if we're talking about the E trim) in the past, but now, they instead using the fleet-only Transmover like this one, ever since Toyota created that version in 2016. Example article reference.
