So import cars with old age IDs now get high numbers instead of starting from 1, interesting.

I'm not too sure tbh. Lots of special imported cars that were registered when the LK code was valid usually start with 11000. I'm not entirely sure why, but I've spotted a good few with the format XX-LK-11XXX
