BimmerDude Unless you saw the rear plate, we can't know.
Yes, i'm going to upload all the photos from the meeting soon. The rear plate of this vehicle is OLDTIMER US STANDARD NO FLAG. Which is still not a sign of what was cut in the front. We've seen cases when the car has a regular NON-OLDTIMER plate in the front, and OLDTIMER in the rear. Usually i tend to mark them as regular ones, when i don't clearly see the exact type of it.
BimmerDude Does any other type use this small font near the top of the plate?
It's a very problematic issue. In Israel it works like that. If you are familiar with somebody in the vehicle technical institute, where they perform an annual roadworthiness test, and it is the same place where they print the license plates, you can come to the guy you know, and for a small fee, or just a bottle of some good alcohol create whatever you want. Everything is possible, though i really believe the type of this particular license plate was OLDTIMER, of either of two kinds - FLAG or NO FLAG. It's like a Schrödinger's License Plate Anyway here is a similar condition on this RR.
And you can find an occurrence of a NON OLDTIMER plate, with the same small font without a flag here.
