This is a Nissan Junior 140/141 made under licence by SAIPA as the Zamyad Z24. The original production run in Japan was from 1970 to 1982. Heres a pic of one in JP:

The strange part is that i used to see some Nissan Juniors in Bahrain with Zamyad badgings. I don't remember if they were legit or not as almost all of them are gone now.
