To be honest pretty chill. Last year it felt more stressed in Tehran. People knew when to wear it and when they can go without.
But this year felt way more chill. I guess only 20/30% of women were wearing it this year. Almost no moral police anymore!

So, most of women were without hijab at all, or were wearing it just for view, as a usual scarf leaving hair uncovered? The latter I also saw in some vlogs.
