Nice! Hope I'll spot one of the rare provinces next summer when I'm visiting Italy again. I didn't have this luck yet. :thumbs up:

What places of Italy are you planning to visit?

Well, the original plan was to go to Poland, Russia and the Baltic States. But because of corona my parents have decided to push that travel forward. I probably have to visit them without them as I probably moved to Kigali, Rwanda when they are going there with my sisters.
But when visiting Italy we don't know yet exactly where we want to go. One thing is for sure, unfortunately no Tuscany, as we don't like to be surrounded by Dutch people when not in the Netherlands. Also we've been to Padova, Perugia and San Marino and surrounding areas. So we'll leave them aside this time probably. We really want to go a little more south this time, so possibly Pescara/L'Aquila/Rieti/Rome. Another possibility is that we go to Milan, but drive via my aunt in Innsbruck. Then continue to Genoa and Savona, so the coast and on the way back make a stop near Monaco so we can tick that country of the list. And then drive back north through France.
But in the end, I don't really know what my parents are going to decide this year.

Got it! Talking about Tuscany I can tell you that the winter is probably the best period to visit it as there aren't that many tourists and the Dutch Invasion here starts in the spring till september/october. However if you wanna come someday you know where to find me !;)

For sure, I will probably visit Tuscany on my own in the winter sometime then. With my grandpa's or my neighbour's car which I'm allowed to use when I get my driver's license. Escaping the cold winter in the Netherlands seems like a very good idea.
