From time to time, in Spain and France you also can see cases like this, but at the first vehicle inspection (or if stopped by police) they will tell you about the problem and you must put the correct plate.

Is there a way to find out which of the two plates belong to this car?

I've looked up the plates and while 70785 doesn't come up to anything, 70782 comes up to an insured and inspected car with a 1991cc engine, so that's probably the right plate. It's still really weird and I'd like to know how it's passing inspections with two different plates :D

My thought is that the owner lost or had one of the two plates heavily damaged and for keep have the original one, he made a replica, but with wrong number
