It can't be a Leoncino, this is a 1969 truck and Leoncino sales stopped in 1968, then this is 3120cc and Leoncino at the end of production was 4561cc. It's an OM Orsetto, to which the entire cabin was replaced with a early 90's Fiat 40 one. However, when the cabin is replaced, it is always a dilemma to be able to understand what truck it is, sometimes it is practically impossible
