"Ritardataria" in italian means "straggler": this tag is used for plates that for some reason (it is not known the reason, perhaps they have forgotten them in stock?), were issued late, when the numbering was already much ahead. In this case, the DK license plates are expected to be around 2007, and instead this plate has been used much later as this car model came out in 2012. It is almost certainly the entire DK * KC lot that has been issued overdue, so probably all DK*KC plates are "ritardatarie" (ritardatarie is plural of ritardataria in italian).
