Io ipotizzerei anche un "trasferita-riemessa", anche se in Italia non succede mai questa cosa, a giudicare dalle condizioni di usura e appunto dalla presenza del 03 e della sigla provinciale (che su auto di questo tipo non viene applicato).
Correggetemi se sbaglio
