This isn't a proper japanese license plate for a Daihatsu Move L9, the plate is most likely not attached to this vehicle, which seems to be a proper Move and not a Kenari because of some details such as chrome grille, headlights and the Shaken sticker on the windshield, the code would be 5x/5xx, and the plate yellow, as 3x/3xx is for cars over 2000cc.

You'll be surprised to know that Malaysians swap their windows and windshields to have the Japanese stickers.
