Indeed so. I instantly recognized the shape and font as a Luxembourg plate. The LHD also makes it much more likely to not be Cyprus. Corrected

Thank you! It's even more fantastic to meet in Russia the Luxembourgish plate, than from Cyprus. Unfortunately, I can't see if this car is LHD or RHD, because of the dust on the windshield. I don't know all models of LHD cars, but sonce Honda is Japanese car, I believe that the model on the photo could be LHD.

In this picture, you can see it from the windscreen wipers. In a RHD car, they would be closer to the right side of the windscreen.
