Font (and the plate in general) looks Luxembourgish, plus UK plates don't have leading zeros in this format (the number sequence always starts with a whole number from 1-9). 99% sure this is a Luxembourg plate!

I wasn't sure aswell. I tried to use the plate generator for Luxembourg plates, but that font was also off. It also could be just a fake plate since it was in the dealer showroom.
