More likely, this is an imported trailer. This is common in the CIS.

I saw an Serbian ex Waberer's trailer in the HU-SRB border, i was really suprised. In Hungary trailers are non imported or not so often ex German or Austrian.

A year ago I saw two Serbian trucks, with Hungarian export plates on the trailers, driving towards the border. :)
