Nope, scooters and motorcycles have their own registers each. Just like red plates (for except vehicles). They have the same format as regular plates but different registers.

That can be confusing. Especially in cases where license plate recognition can be crucial, such as parking fees and even highway tolls, at least here in Serbia.
