Oh i know this Merc! I was trying to cross the road in Budva and he had to stop for me & my sister at the crossing, and as i was crossing the road he seemed to get very annoyed for seemingly no reason, when he drove away he flipped me off and came back the other way and swerved on to the pavement a little almost hitting my sister on the pavement, didn't manage to get a photo of it, but it was very frightening

I'm sorry you had to deal with that! What an arsehole! Unfortunately, I also noticed that crossings in this country (along with other Balkan nations) are merely suggestions, and not many actually follow the rules to stop at pedestrian crossings. Crossing the road near our hotel in Tivat was definitely not for the faint of heart!
