Do the Mongolian people have a link with the Turks like the Turkmen or the Uzbeks for example?

I think Mongols and Turks have no connection.
But the main origin of Turks is Central Asia.
We may have similarities.

Once upon a time, all these peoples were conquered by the Mongol Empire, and Konya Sultanate in Anatolia, modern Turkey, became their vassal. That is the connection.

This may be the connection, but it does not mean that the Turks were completely Mongolian. Then explain this: The ancestor of the first ruler of the Asian Hun Empire was Mongolian, so we had to be Mongolian in the unit. Because we are the grandchildren of Teoman Han.

According to linguistic theory, Turkic, Mongolic and Tungusic people belong to the Altai family. Some scientists also classify Koreans and Japaneses as members of the Altai family.
