This is the old Sarawakian Kuching plate format I believe
Not sure if they're allowed to be on the website because it doesn't seem to support this kind of plate. Then again, there are other plates in the gallery now which are still here despite having the wrong plate. Not sure if I should upload my pictures with these kind of plates too...

There's a lot of formats needed to be added for Malaysia platesmania..
One example:
there's even regular formats plate that are black text on white but doesn't use H-- #### prefix.. It's for long-distance/rural taxis, but platesmania does not support having white plates on that normal format
