Ex-taxi fleet, now used as e-hailing (Grab, Southeast Asian version of Grab/Lyft);
original taxi license plate can be seen sandblasted on rear windshield (HW? 405?). Some vehicle owners sandblast license plates on windshields as a means to deter windshield theft

Used to but not as much anymore. The sandblasting is rarely seen on vehicles these days
