Are thefts common for Malaysia? When I have been there, in KL, it seemed to me a quiet safe and friendly place.

Used to but not as much anymore. The sandblasting is rarely seen on vehicles these days

Not G. There shouldn't be a suffix letter on H-srries Taxi plates.

I think the original plate was HWE 4050
