Interesting. This car was imported used in 2004, then deregistered in 2010, 3 years before your photo. And the plates are clearly fake, also it used to be on green (commercial) plates, with only 2 seats.
It was probably exported, which is weird because a car like this is expensive to buy in Norway, even as a commercial vehicle, and you'd think it would be much cheaper to import it from another country.

I wonder what happened with this car, but it was probably used with "fake" hand-made plates and then re-registered with Spanish plates after some time
