It was deregistered right before inspection, meaning it probably would not pass it. Only 170.000 km's on it in 2016 too which is not much for a Camry.
I would think this car would usually get better value if it was fixed up, as Toyotas like this are still worth quite much in Norway instead of being exported. Perhaps it has a lot of rust? Or have been involved in an accident? This one looks to be in good condition judging by the picture, but you never know.
