It belonged to the Police Academy in Stavern, and they only used it for training. As on this day, the red Japanese played the role as a bank robber's car..
The children around was very excited!!

Yes, that's strange
I can see from the owner history that it belonged to the Police Academy all through its life, from November 27, 1998 till June 29, 2018.
