Honestly, I don't see any connection between "immigrants" and these graffiti. For me this looks like stupid teenager's work.
The thing is: an average Russian person, who watches too much federal TV channels or local social media groups and never goes abroad (to have a look him/herself) receives a huge propaganda about how bad is the living in Europe and that the immigrants are everywhere without any control and homosexuals are everywhere. And, because many people never travel abroad they believe this stupidity.
Another obscure thing of Russia is the strange hate to black people, that I will never understand. Of course, there is almost no black people in Russia, the few hundreds that live there are students.

So, just don't really take in account some opinions, because if a person writes such things on public it really shows the low level of knowledge of the situation.
