Would be great with VD plates on this truck, but as far as I can see it's registrated 40 years too late

When talking about trucks and plates and letters, I was suddenly thinking of my former job as truck driver in Veøy, at that time the largest transporter in Schenker. Veøy AS is the name today, but earlier they were known as Veøy Billag. During the last years they have started to register a lot of their trucks in Sunndalsøra, which is close to Veøy headquarter in Åndalsnes. Luckily (coincidence?) this gives the trucks the VB combination
