Tasty Wow, amazing that C4's are that rare in Norway. Down here they're everywhere... well not as common as C1 and C3, but quite common.
Citroёn has never been on top of the sales figures in Norway, mainly because people are skeptical to the (in some cases) advanced technology. French cars have had a bad reputation for decades (especially Citroën) and even if things are happening now to do things better, these cars are not easy to sell. Not at least when used...
I can also imagine, that having a electronically super-complex car with all sorts of automated systems is not very fortunate if you live out in the countryside somewhere. I know from my cousin's many french cars, that if there's even the slightest electronic malfunction, the whole system insists on shutting down "for safety reasons", so you'd risk getting stranded in the middle of nowhere just because of a blown fuse.
