I kind of wish Alpina was represented on Platesmania as its own brand like Ruf is, but it can be hard to tell the fakes from the real i guess

Something interesting to note is that when uploading a BMW 6 Series , it's possible to choose 'Alpina B6' under the generations, so i do find it strange that we have this one Alpina option on one model and none others. Another unrelated case of inconsistency is with the Nissan Qashqai+2, which does have its own model on Platesmania, but then the regular Qashqai option also has respective '+2' generations, which is the exact same thing (as far as i'm aware(!)) :oo

... I know there are more important issues in the world but these small things keeps me up at night

I wouldn't mind it getting added. Probably would need a lot of moderation though

I guess this is inevitable on a site with many, many moderators. They are not robots, so there's bound to be small differences in how they see things. This is, of caourse, also reflected in the variants they create in the model pulldown menus. I'm sure that over time, these small inconsistancies are taken care of, but like you say, it's not a big deal.
