Usually the car must be at least 25 years old, the model of vehicle can not be produced for 15 years, and the car should have at least 75 percent preserved original parts.

Here in Israel the only criteria for a classic car is that it has to be 30 years old
And you're not allowed to drive it between 7 and 9 in the morning unless it's a holiday or a weekend, and you pay less for insurance and annual inspection fees
