are those legitimately available for hire, or just used for advertising purposes? Seems like Panek has quite a few oldtimers.

Yes, you can hire these, but you have to be a frequent user of Panek. And have some knowledge how to start a Syrena.  =)

Yeah you can rent these out. The old ones are actually decently affordable to rent. As mentioned below, some of these cars require you to use Panek quite a bit, but the Fiat 126p (Only one I tried) anyone can rent.

The Fiat 126p you can rent out without any hours, or atleast I was able to. I think there are instructions for it, and I'm pretty sure they're modified to be more reliable, and to be usable by most people. The Polski Fiat 126p started like a new car and honestly felt better than any 126p I ever experienced.
