Owh I think you're totally right! I have already driven 10,000km. in the past 2 months, and I think I have driven at least 500km. with using my knees. If you know your vehicle, and are a good driver, it's not difficult at all. Also good to know probably, I drive an old '93 Mk3 Golf, so I'm not going any faster then 100km/h., which makes it all a lot easier as well.
