Tak jak jest w regulaminie, twoim obowiązkiem jest podawanie lokalizacji pod każdym zdjęciem Nad żadnym zdjęciem nie ma żadnej lokalizacji. Kilak zdjęć i skończy się to banem.

why do you ask to mention place of spotting, if it matched with region on plate?

Look at the user's previous spots, DW, SK, EZG, WY. All of these are completely different regions, and yet all photos look like they're taken in the same place. The region on the plate clearly doesn't match with the region of spotting.

yes, in this case i agreed. but i checked some other photos in poland gallery (another authors), and noted that many of them signed place of spot even if it matched. so i thought maybe it is some special requirement for this gallery)
