Firstly, how did you know that the car is imported from Germany if it hasn't a German Emissions Sticker ?
Secondly, why the car had several Polish plates ?

1. You can find out the previous foreign registration for a PL vehicle using the plate.
2. If the car changes owners, and the owner lives in another region, they have to get a new plate.
